Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 24–32 hours per week; may vary
Position Type: PRN (As Needed)
o Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
o Valid Ohio Nurse Practitioner licensure/credentials as required.
o Current CPR certification.
o DEA registration.
o NPI and PECOS information.
o Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-care skills.
o Right to Represent (RTR).
o CPR certification.
o COVID-19 vaccination card or approved exemption letter.
o Ohio license, DEA registration, professional references, NPI, and PECOS information.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Primary/Family Care to provide comprehensive healthcare services, assess and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.Requirements
o Master's degree in Nursing or an applicable qualifying graduate degree.o Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
o Valid Ohio Nurse Practitioner licensure/credentials as required.
o Current CPR certification.
o DEA registration.
o NPI and PECOS information.
o Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-care skills.
