Job at a glance
Job description
Our client is a private, members-only medical practice specializing in concierge primary care, precision medicine, preventive healthcare, longevity, and proactive health management. The practice combines traditional medical care with advanced diagnostics, laboratory testing, biomarker analysis, imaging, genomics, nutrition, and lifestyle assessments to develop personalized healthcare strategies.
The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, discretion, continuity of care, and meaningful, long-term patient relationships. Its collaborative clinical team includes physicians, advanced practice providers, nutrition professionals, and external specialists who work together to deliver comprehensive, individualized healthcare.
Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its clinical team in Houston, Texas. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for a clinically strong, patient-focused provider who values personalized medicine, preventive healthcare, and long-term patient relationships.
The selected candidate will join a team currently consisting of three physicians and one advanced practice provider, providing additional clinical support as the practice continues to grow.
With patient appointments lasting approximately one hour, providers have the opportunity to conduct thorough assessments, interpret diagnostic findings, discuss treatment options, and develop individualized care plans. Working closely with the physician team, the NP or PA will support acute and chronic care needs while contributing to the clinic's broader preventive health and precision medicine programs.
Candidates with a background in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or a related clinical specialty are encouraged to apply. Experience in concierge, functional, integrative, or longevity-focused medicine is beneficial but not required.
