Job description Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative healthcare environment. • Promote preventive care, patient education, and effective management of illnesses and chronic conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and manage patient conditions. • Develop individualized treatment and patient education plans. • Collaborate with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff. • Maintain accurate and timely medical records. • Coordinate patient care and monitor population health. • Support quality improvement, peer reviews, and clinical education. • Meet annual patient encounter and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited ARNP program. • Current Washington State RN and ARNP licenses. • Washington State prescriptive authority required. • Primary care clinic experience required. • Minor surgical procedure experience preferred.

Working Hours

• Permanent, full-time position. • Salary/exempt employment. • Relocation assistance available.
