Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Compensation: $140,000++
Monday - Friday daytime schedule
Responsibilities:
Primary Care Services: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
Health Promotion and Disease Prevention: Promote health and wellness through patient education, preventive care, and early detection of health risks.
Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring continuity of care and optimal health outcomes.
Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications, as well as monitor patient responses and potential side effects.
Clinical Procedures: Perform necessary clinical procedures, such as suturing, wound care, immunizations, and minor surgical interventions.
Health Record Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts and help develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
