We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with recent primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience to provide comprehensive healthcare services in an outpatient clinical setting.

- Contract Duration: 880 total hours

- Float Locations: Palmer and Charlton, Massachusetts
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services.
- Conduct physical examinations, health assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic medical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications within applicable regulations.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Provide preventive screenings, wellness counseling, and patient education.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and encourage active patient participation in healthcare.
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
- Coordinate patient follow-ups, appointments, insurance verification, and payments.
- Assist with clinic opening and closing procedures, inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Float between Palmer and Charlton clinic locations as needed.
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national board certification through AANP or ANCC.
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Ability to practice autonomously and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if required.
- DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
🗓️ Schedule & Availability
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
- Weekend rotation: Three out of every six weekends, with possible holiday rotations.
- Flexibility to float between Palmer and Charlton clinics is required.
This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
