Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Crescent City, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an outpatient primary care clinic in Crescent City, CA. New graduates are welcome to apply. This role offers a manageable patient volume, administrative support, and a focus on quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule

· Full-time schedule with 12-hour and 6-hour shifts

· Clinic hours: Sunday-Thursday, 8 AM-8 PM

· Thursdays and Fridays: 8 AM-2 PM

· Two Sundays per month required

Responsibilities

· Provide outpatient primary care services.

· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.

· Perform physical exams and preventive screenings.

· Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice.

· Maintain accurate medical records.

· Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.

Requirements

· Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license.

· National board certification (AANP or ANCC for NPs).

· Current DEA license.

· Two or more years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

· Strong communication and patient care skills.
