Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Full-Time | Outpatient & Assisted Living Primary Care
What You'll Do
Patient Care: Provide primary care, conduct physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute/chronic conditions in adult and geriatric patients.
Diagnostics & Prescriptions: Order/interpret lab work and imaging, manage medications, and provide therapeutic treatment plans.
Care Coordination: Educate patients and families on disease prevention, coordinate follow-up care, and provide specialist referrals as needed.
Schedule & Setting
Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts (Full-time).

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) License.
3+ years of EMR system experience required.
Strong clinical background in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Geriatrics.
