Position Overview
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide acute and chronic primary healthcare services to adolescent and adult patients, focusing on general primary care and specific conditions such as HIV, Hepatitis C, and STIs. Your role includes conducting patient evaluations, managing diagnostic testing, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. You will also have the opportunity to engage in telemedicine and occasionally travel to satellite clinics.
