We are looking for a qualified NP with recent primary care or urgent care experience to provide evidence-based healthcare, preventive services, and chronic disease management.

🚨 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Candidates must have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
✅ Provide primary and family healthcare services.
✅ Manage acute and chronic health conditions.
✅ Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and diagnostic tests.
✅ Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
✅ Coordinate patient care with healthcare professionals.
✅ Maintain patient records and complete follow-up activities.
✅ Assist with clinic operations, inventory, and administrative duties.
✅ Promote positive patient outcomes through quality, evidence-based care.

🎓 Required Qualifications

🔹 master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
🔹 Current national board certification as an FNP.
🔹 Active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois.
🔹 Minimum 1 year of recent primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience as an NP.
🔹 Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross (ARC).
🔹 License in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions.
🔹 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
🔹 Ability to practice autonomously and collaborate with a clinical team.

🗓️ Work Schedule & Requirements

⏰ Approximately 35 hours per week.
📆 Typically 2–3 weekdays plus every other weekend.
🏥 Onsite, patient-facing clinical role.
🔄 Weekend and possible holiday rotations required.
📞 On-call rotation may be required.
🚗 Occasional travel for float assignments may be necessary.
