Location: NE
Schedule: Part-time; Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Provide comprehensive medical disability examinations for adult patients, including medical record review, focused physical examinations, and functional impact assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive disability examinations, including review of medical history and focused physical examination
Review and analyze medical records, diagnostic results, and other relevant documentation
Complete required questionnaires and medical opinions in the electronic system during the exam
Document findings in clear, concise reports following required guidelines
Complete charts and submit documentation within 24 - 48 hours after the exam is completed
Use a web-based exam form and electronic documentation tools
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific licensure required for the clinic location)
NPI required
At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Strong computer skills (Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
Strong time management skills
Comfort performing sensitive exams for adult patients as required
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
