Are you a compassionate, patient-focused healthcare professional looking to make a difference in your community? We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our medical team in East Los Angeles, California.
Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages!
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain patient medical histories and perform physical examinations.
- Assess patients, establish diagnoses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform or assist with laboratory testing and screening procedures.
- Recognize conditions requiring physician consultation or intervention.
- Counsel patients on physical and mental health concerns.
- Order routine diagnostic tests and coordinate patient referrals.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active California Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
Additional Requirements
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Documentation of required vaccinations and immunizations, including TB, MMR, Tdap, influenza, and COVID-19.
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive annual salary of $145,000–$175,000.
- Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
