📅 SCHEDULE & HOURS 🗓️ Every Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
🗓️ Every Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📆 Plus one weekday shifts each week (flexible weekday scheduling)
⏰ Approximately 33 hours per week
🎉 Possible holiday rotations and on-call requirements

📍 Work Location:
3070 North Main Street, Kennesaw, GA 30144

🩺 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ✅ Active Georgia NP license in good standing
✅ Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience
✅ Current national board certification
✅ master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program
✅ Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
✅ NPI number
✅ Ability to provide independent, patient-centered care

💚 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 🩺 Assess, diagnose, and treat patients
💊 Manage acute and chronic health conditions
🧪 Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing
💬 Provide health counseling and preventive care
🤝 Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes
📋 Maintain accurate patient records and support clinic operations
