Great opportunity for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join a large health network in Northern Indiana in the SE South Bend, IN area.
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Beautiful and fun South Bend, IN area - home of Notre Dame University
- Must see all ages and have at least 2-3 yrs exp min as NP in family practice setting
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one late evening a week till 6 or 7p
- Call to be discussed
- 20-22 ppd
- These clinics serve all multiple primary care services including Family Practice, Psych, Urgent Care, etc. in outpatient setting
