Position Overview
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you'll deliver high-quality care to patients aged 2 and older, focusing on routine health maintenance, chronic disease management, and preventive care. You'll work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, providing care coordination and patient education, while ensuring a seamless patient experience. The role involves a structured schedule with occasional evening and Saturday shifts and participation in a shared call rotation to maintain 24-hour patient access.

Compensation & Benefits
- Minimum starting salary of $124,800 annually
- Full salary range: $115,518–$173,328, DOE
- Loan repayment eligibility through NHSC, State Loan Repayment, and PSLF programs

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, adept at working independently in a community health setting. You should have completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and hold current Massachusetts NP licensure, board certification, DEA registration, MCSR, and BLS certification. Experience in an FQHC or serving underserved populations is highly valued. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Portuguese or Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply.
