• Seeking a nationally board certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant

• Full-time primary care float position; no part-time opportunities available

• Home office: Casselberry

• Provide coverage at additional locations, including four offices in Orlando, four in Sanford, and one in Enterprise

• Assignments based on staffing and patient care needs

• Must be comfortable traveling between offices and adapting to different clinical teams

• Must have 1+ year post training experience

• May cover offices where you are the only provider on site

• Must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage patients independently while collaborating with physicians

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

• Regular schedule is weekdays; Saturday coverage expectations at the Sanford office with Saturday hours should be confirmed during the interview

• After-hours call: one week every 8–10 weeks

• See approximately 20 patients per day

• Treat patients ages 2 and older

• Provide preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management

• Perform patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe treatment, and coordinate specialty referrals

• Additional assignments may include mobile unit coverage, community-based services, medication-assisted treatment, pre-employment physicals, and DOT physicals

• Additional services performed within the provider’s qualifications, certifications, privileges, and scope of practice

• EMR: Epic

• Prior FQHC or community health experience strongly preferred

• Experience serving underserved and diverse patient populations preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred

• Must hold and maintain an active Florida license in good standing

• Active DEA preferred; must obtain within six months of employment
