Are you a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients' lives?
We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and English/Spanish bilingual FNP or PA to join our team in East Los Angeles. You’ll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages while working alongside physicians and a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

🌟 What You'll Do
As an FNP/PA, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, including:

🩺 Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations.

📋 Assess patients, develop diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.

🧪 Perform and assist with laboratory testing and health-screening procedures.

👨⚕️ Recognize conditions requiring physician consultation or intervention.

💬 Educate and counsel patients on physical and mental health.

🔎 Order routine diagnostic tests and follow up on results.

🤝 Coordinate referrals and help ensure continuity of care.

📝 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

👥 Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

⭐ Perform other clinical and organizational duties as assigned.
🎯 What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:

✅ Active California FNP or PA license.

✅ Active DEA license.

✅ Professional liability/malpractice insurance.

✅ Fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills.

✅ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

✅ Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
🚗 Additional Requirements

Valid California Driver License.

Reliable transportation.

Current automobile insurance.

Successful completion of a background check.

Required vaccination/immunization documentation, including TB, MMR, Tdap, Influenza, and COVID-19.
💪 Physical Requirements
This position involves a combination of office-based and clinical activities. Employees will regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, use a computer, type, read, communicate with patients and staff, and drive as required.
Approximately 50% of the workday may be spent sitting, with frequent walking, standing, and bending.
Occasional duties may include lifting approximately 20 pounds, as well as crouching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and reaching.

💰 Competitive Compensation
$145,000–$175,000 per year
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
