- Care for acute conditions, chronic disease management, minor behavioral health concerns, occupational health, and workers' compensation cases
- Average patient volume of 10-12 patients per day
Schedule & Assignment Details
- 32 hours/week
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Start Date: 10/19/2026
