💙 What You'll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare to a diverse patient population.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic health conditions.

• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic testing.

• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

• Educate patients and empower them to become active participants in their healthcare.

• Monitor quality measures and support positive patient outcomes.

• Manage patient follow-ups and contribute to a smooth, efficient clinic experience.

• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team while practicing with a high level of autonomy.

✨ What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Required:

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current national board certification.

• Active South Carolina NP license in good standing.

• At least 1 year of recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience.

• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross.

• Valid NPI.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

🚨 Important: Candidates without prior primary care or urgent care experience will not be considered.

🗓️ Schedule

• Full-Time

• Approximately 38 hours per week

• Every other weekend

• Possible holiday rotations

• Potential on-call rotation

• Patient-facing, in-person clinical role
