🩺 What You'll Do
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:

Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
-
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and routine examinations.
-
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
-
Develop and manage individualized treatment and care plans.
-
Provide health counseling, preventive care, screenings, and wellness education.
-
Support chronic disease management and quality-of-care initiatives.
-
Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
-
Educate patients about healthy lifestyle choices.
-
Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being.
-
Handle patient appointments and follow-up care.
-
Assist with clinic operations, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection.

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment.
🌟 What We're Looking For
We're seeking a compassionate and confident Family Nurse Practitioner who is committed to patient-centered care and comfortable working independently.
Required Qualifications:

Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.

Current national board certification.
-
Active NP license in the state of employment.
-
Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care.

Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
-
Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measurement.

Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Excellent problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills.
-
Ability to practice autonomously without direct supervision.
-
Proficiency with healthcare technology and information systems.
-
Willingness to obtain additional state licensure when needed.
🚨 Important: Candidates without prior primary care or urgent care experience will not be considered.
📅 Schedule & Training
🕣 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
📚 Orientation: 4 weeks at 40 hours per week.
The position may also require participation in an on-call rotation. Weekend and holiday rotations may apply based on clinic needs.
