🩺 What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients.

• Manage acute and chronic health conditions.

• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.

• Provide health counseling, wellness education, and preventive care.

• Support chronic disease management.

• Develop treatment and care plans.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices.

• Perform patient follow-up and disposition planning.

• Support day-to-day clinic operations as needed.

⭐ Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

• Current national board certification.

• Active PA license in the state of employment.

• Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience in family medicine or a primary care practice.

• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to practice autonomously.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a clinical care team.

• Proficiency with healthcare technology and medical systems.

🚨 Candidates must have prior primary care or urgent care experience. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
