Well respected healthcare facility in Western NY about 35-40 mins from Rochester is seeking a Family Practice NP/PA to join their team.
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Full-time 40hrs a week M-F; Can be 4 (10's) or 5 days (8's)
- Saturday twice a quarter 9a-12p
- NO Call
- Typically approx. 20ppd (will give ramp-up time)
- Team orientated, family environment - providers all have been with the facility a long time
