Job description
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join an employer-sponsored care center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time opportunity offers a manageable patient panel and a focus on quality, not quantity, with time to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
The NP will see approximately 12–16 patients per day, providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you will focus on patient health outcomes and personalized care while maintaining a manageable patient volume.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $153,000 - $178,000 plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Primary care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
