Nurse Practitioner – Spanish Bilingual

Location: Clermont, FL

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | No nights or weekend shifts

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (English/Spanish) to join our growing primary care practice in Clermont, FL.

Our core philosophy is simple: you focus on medicine, and our specialized support network handles the rest. Backed by a comprehensive management and operational support team (covering billing, coding, clinical operations, and data analytics), our providers are empowered to deliver high-quality, proactive primary care without the burden of heavy administrative overhead.

In this role, you will lead high-touch care management and ongoing wellness initiatives for a diverse local patient population, serving as a trusted primary care partner in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, continuous primary care and preventative medicine to adult and family medicine patients.

  • Conduct comprehensive wellness exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and order appropriate diagnostic testing.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to build strong relationships, ensure culturally competent care, and improve health outcomes for Spanish-speaking patients.

  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff, care managers, and administrative support teams to maintain streamlined practice workflows.

  • Utilize patient data and clinical insights to deliver proactive, individualized care management plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education & Certification: Active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered Florida APRN License (or willing/eligible to obtain).

  • Language: Fluent/Bilingual in English and Spanish (required for patient-facing communication).

  • Experience: Experience in outpatient primary care, family practice, or internal medicine is preferred; enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA registration or eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary with performance-based bonus potential (commensurate with experience).

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks of standard PTO (negotiable) + paid holidays.

  • CME Support: Annual Continuing Medical Education allowance + dedicated CME paid time off.

  • Malpractice Insurance: 100% employer-covered.

  • Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates relocating to the Clermont area.

  • Work-Life Balance: Predictable, full-time weekday schedule with no weekend hours.

Why Choose This Opportunity?

  • Administrative Freedom: Rely on dedicated clinical operations, care management, and billing teams so you can focus entirely on patient engagement and clinical outcomes.

  • Community Impact: Deliver neighborhood-focused primary care in a growing central Florida community.

  • Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive network of providers dedicated to sharing knowledge, leveraging innovation, and elevating standards of care.
