Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for Indian Health Facility in Arizona (Any State License)
Possible for Locum to Perm opportunity
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Length of assignment: 6 months - 1 year
Schedule details: Clinic and Inpatient rounding + call
Shift types and hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $90 - $100/hr
Expenses: Housing on site
Cases: Family Medicine - chronic disease management, healthy and sick visits.
Patient age range: all ages across the lifespan
Support staff: Working with pediatric/obgyn/family practice and support staff
EMR: Meditech
Interview Process: CV Review, interview with CMO and Medical Staff Team then offer.
Job Responsibilities
Well visits, annual check ups, immunizations, sick visits, chronic disease management
Procedures a plus.
Qualifications
Any State License (must apply for AZ license once assignment begins)
Board Certified: Family Medicine
Working Hours
Rounding in the mornings
