Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide 32 hours of patient-facing care per week in a family practice clinic setting.
- Work collaboratively with a Medical Assistant (1:1) to manage daily patient panels and scheduled visits.
- Supervise and coordinate with an RN who handles medication refills per protocol, patient message triage, and supportive care.
- Utilize on-site phlebotomy services for EKGs and lab work, and coordinate with on-site Physical Therapy as needed.
- Deliver compassionate, continuity-based care to a longstanding patient population in a community-focused clinic.
