Practice/Organization Details:
• Maintain a highly manageable daily schedule of just 8-12 patients per day, allowing for comprehensive visits and meaningful patient relationships
• Enjoy a flexible, autonomous daily workflow with the freedom to manage your schedule and maintain a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with weekends and evenings off
• Practice in a model designed to improve outcomes, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and keep patients healthier in the setting they call home
• Focus on delivering exceptional care while a robust support infrastructure handles much of the administrative and logistical workload

Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary up to $125,000 plus additional performance-based bonus potential
• $5,000 sign-on bonus and day-one employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage
• CME allowance, paid licensure, malpractice, life, and AD&D coverage
