🌟 Position Overview

MinuteClinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide evidence-based primary and family care in a collaborative clinical environment. The provider will work with a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, health counseling, and disposition planning.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Conduct routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• Support chronic condition management, health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness services.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being.
• Handle patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Complete administrative responsibilities such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, insurance verification, and payment collection.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-friendly clinical environment.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
• Current NP license in the state of employment and National Board Certification.
• Master's Degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively without direct supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Willingness to obtain additional multi-state licenses as needed.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• DEA registration may be required during onboarding.

🕐 Schedule

Shifts may vary and include:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Possible holiday rotations
• Training: 40 hours/week for 3 weeks
