MinuteClinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a float position supporting clinics throughout the region. This is an in-person, patient-facing opportunity where the provider will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver evidence-based care.

📍 Position Highlights

• Location: Roswell, GA
• Role: Float Family Nurse Practitioner
• Travel: Must be able to travel to all clinics within 50 miles of the provider’s home address
• Orientation: 40 hours over 4 full weeks, Monday–Friday
• Clinic Hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Patient-facing: Yes
• Start Type: Individual starts

🩺 Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Provide health counseling and disposition planning.
• Conduct routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Support preventive care, health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Handle clinic administrative responsibilities including patient follow-up, inventory, insurance verification, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.

✅ Qualifications

• Master’s Degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification
• Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as an NP in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care
• Prior primary care or urgent care experience is required
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively without direct supervision
• Proficiency with information management and technology
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure when required

All NP/PA submissions must include the completed candidate questionnaire, including:

• Confirmation of an NP/PA license in the state of application
• Confirmation that the license is in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions
• NPI number
• Primary care experience
• Electronic Medical Systems used
• Upcoming planned time off
• Current CVS recruiter involvement, if applicable
• Willingness to travel beyond the standard distance for float coverage, if necessary
• Interview availability
• Availability to start

Also required:

• Screenshot of BLS certification — BLS from ARC or AHA is required
• Screenshot of applicable professional license

• MinuteClinic positions are safety sensitive.
• DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
• Unless otherwise noted, the position requires working three out of every six weekends, with possible holiday rotations.
• This is an onsite, patient-facing role.
