NP or PA - Clinical Support Provider

POSITION SUMMARY

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clinical care for patients with acute complaints and chronic medical conditions, utilizing 5–10+ years of clinical experience as a healthcare provider.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all patient communications (e.g., phone, patient portal) that require clinical judgement, including acute clinical needs, symptoms, and treatment questions.
• Assess and appropriately manage patient concerns, clinical questions, medication requests, and other acute needs.
• Provide patient education and clinical guidance related to prescribed treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Ensure appropriate clinical follow-up and continuity of care.
• Utilize established protocols to appropriately respond to clinical messages.
• Ensure timely and appropriate escalation of clinical concerns to the appropriate provider.
• Assist with medication requests and refill management, ensuring requests are clinically appropriate and consistent with established protocols.
• Provide patient education and training, either in person or via video, regarding self-administration of prescribed injections, including testosterone and peptide therapies.
• Perform all duties in a timely, efficient, and clinically appropriate manner with a high degree of patient service that fits our concierge model

• Collaborate closely with physicians, MAs, PCs, and other clinical team members to facilitate efficient patient care.
• Perform blood draws for patients as needed.
• Support in operating room with stem cell procedures occasionally and when needed.
• Maintain appropriate documentation related to patient care, procedures, education, and follow-up.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered consistently with established practice protocols, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor clinical supplies and equipment related to assigned services and communicate needs proactively to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) procedures.
• Conduct pre-procedure patient education and preparation.
• Perform or coordinate vein assessments prior to procedures.
• Assist with patient monitoring and clinical support throughout the TPE process.
• Provide post-procedure patient education, follow-up, and assessment as appropriate.
• Coordinate and oversee TPE-related supplies, inventory, and ordering to ensure adequate availability for scheduled procedures.

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) program and procedures.
• Assist with patient preparation, education, and clinical monitoring associated with HBOT.
• Coordinate appropriate patient follow-up related to HBOT services.
• Oversee and support HBOT clinical protocols and processes in conjunction with the Medical Director.
• Oversee HBOT equipment maintenance and coordinate maintenance needs as appropriate.

• Provide clinical assistance with Red Light Therapy appointments and treatments.
• Assist with IV infusion appointments and injections.
• Assist with phlebotomy appointments, including appropriate patient preparation and clinical support.

• Active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license in good standing, with current national certification and DEA prescriptive authority
• 5–10+ years of clinical experience as a practicing NP or PA, with strong acute-care assessment and triage skills
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a clinical inbox, triaging what requires provider-level judgment versus delegation to MA and PC staff
• Procedural comfort with infusions, injections, phlebotomy, and vein assessment; experience with TPE, HBOT, or similar therapies preferred, with training provided
• Ability to educate patients on self-administered injectable therapies, including testosterone and peptides
• Excellent communication skills and a service orientation suited to a concierge patient base
• Ability to travel occasionally to other regional Colorado clinics

• Base salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
