WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our growing outpatient primary care team in the Greater NYC area. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a large primary care clinic with a focus on providing high-quality care to underserved populations. Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services in a large clinic with 15,000 annual visits.
- Conduct 9 clinical sessions per week, with each session lasting half a day.
- Allocate half a day per week for administrative tasks.
- Deliver care to 8-10 patients per session, with adjustments for no-shows.
- Work Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Focus on clinical responsibilities without academic duties.
- Understand and address the needs of underserved patient populations, many of whom have chronic illnesses and comorbidities.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation.
- Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Active New York License
