Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established internal medicine practice. Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and evaluations

· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

· Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results

· Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations

· Perform physical examinations and minor office-based procedures

· Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals

· Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

· Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance

· Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives

Qualifications

· Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

· Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or AANP)

· 5+ years of experience in internal medicine with an adult patient population

· Active Texas state license as an NP or PA

· Current DEA license, as applicable

· Current BLS and ACLS certification

· Previous EMR experience preferred

· Internal medicine, family practice, or adult patient care experience preferred
