Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our established primary care practice in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct wellness and preventative exams
• Provide women's and men's health services
• Perform hospital follow-up visits
• Manage pediatric and adult patients
• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists across the Baptist Health network

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Certified and Licensed APRN
• Minimum of 2 years of Family Practice experience
• Experience with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Florida licensure or eligibility required
