Our rapidly expanding integrated medical clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Salem, Oregon. We specialize in:

  • Regenerative Medicine
  • Auto Accident / Personal Injury Care
  • Musculoskeletal & Joint Conditions
  • Non-Surgical Pain Management
  • Integrated Chiropractic & Medical Care

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Perform joint injections and trigger point injections
  • Ultrasound guided joint injections
  • Assist with regenerative medicine procedures including PRP
  • Evaluate musculoskeletal and orthopedic complaints
  • Treat auto accident and personal injury patients
  • Collaborate with chiropractic and rehab providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Educate patients on treatment recommendations and care options
  • Monitor patient outcomes and progress


Preferred Experience

✔ Joint injections ( and Ultrasound guided joint injections)

✔ Trigger point injections

✔ PRP or regenerative medicine experience preferred

✔ Orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, or musculoskeletal background preferred

✔ Experience in integrated or multidisciplinary clinics a plus

✔ Personal injury / MVA experience a plus

✔ Strong patient communication skills

✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications

  • Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner License
  • DEA License preferred
  • Ability to work independently within scope
  • Strong clinical judgment and bedside manner
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100–$125 per hour
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities


Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday and No weekends
