Job description A close-knit, mission-driven healthcare organization on Washington’s Pacific Northwest coast (Ilwaco) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care for women, children and families.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time women’s and pediatric primary care opportunity
  • Provide preventive, acute and chronic care for women and children
  • Conduct well-child visits, women’s health exams and age-appropriate screenings
  • Diagnose and treat common conditions across the lifespan of women and children
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care
  • Practice in a supportive environment that values clinical expertise and autonomy
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Mission-driven organization focused on compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)


Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner degree and current Washington State ARNP license or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
  • Women’s health, pediatrics, family medicine or primary care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • EHR experience; Epic experience is a plus


Compensation and Benefits:

  • $140K+ annually, depending on experience and licensure
