We’re seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience who is confident practicing autonomously and committed to delivering evidence-based care.

As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you’ll work alongside a dedicated clinical care team to provide accessible, high-quality care across a diverse patient population.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness education, and chronic disease management.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team.
• Advocate for patients and contribute to positive health outcomes.

This is an in-person, patient-facing role with onsite requirements as needed.

🕐 Schedule & Training

• Full-time opportunity
• Every other weekend
• Approximately 2–3 weekdays, typically 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
• Training: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week for approximately 4 weeks
• Holiday rotations may apply

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current North Carolina NP/APRN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
• Strong knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to practice autonomously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with electronic medical systems and technology.
• Flexibility and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
