We’re looking for a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner with recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience who is confident practicing autonomously and enjoys working as part of a dedicated clinical care team.

🌟 What You’ll Do

As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness education, and chronic disease management.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with the broader clinical care team.
• Advocate for patients and contribute to improved clinical outcomes.

This is an in-person, patient-facing opportunity with onsite requirements as needed.

🕐 Schedule

• Full-time opportunity
• 40 hours per week
• MinuteClinic schedule
• Weekend and holiday rotations may apply
• Position may require working approximately 3 out of every 6 weekends

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current Missouri NP/APRN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
• Strong understanding of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to practice autonomously.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a clinical care team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical systems and technology.
• Flexibility and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience is required. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
