Location: Richmond Hill, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | Average 32 hours/week
Setting: In-person, patient-facing
Weekend: Every other weekend
Orientation: 40 hours/week for 4 weeks
Position: Float role

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join the MinuteClinic team in Richmond Hill, GA. This role provides evidence-based primary and family care while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have recent primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience and be comfortable practicing autonomously in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Evaluate patients and perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and provide health counseling and patient education.
• Support preventive care, health screenings, wellness, and chronic condition management.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the clinical care team.
• Complete patient follow-up, documentation, and other clinic administrative duties.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and patient-focused clinic environment.
• Practice autonomously while contributing to a collaborative clinical culture.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Active state license to practice as an NP in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of recent primary care, family medicine, or urgent care experience.
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a clinical care team.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensures as needed.

Schedule & Work Details

• Average 32 hours per week
• Every other weekend
• Float role with potential assignment to nearby clinics
• Orientation: 40 hours/week for 4 weeks
• In-person, patient-facing position
• Weekend and holiday rotations may apply

Candidate Submission Requirements

Candidates must include the completed NP/PA questionnaire on their resume.

The questionnaire must address:

• State NP/PA license and current good-standing status
• NPI number
• Primary care experience
• Electronic medical systems used
• Planned time off
• Current CVS recruiting activity
• Willingness to occasionally travel for float assignments
• Interview availability
• Availability to start

BLS and professional license screenshots must also be included with the submission.

DEA registration may be required during onboarding. This is a safety-sensitive position.
