🩺 Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Provide health counseling and preventive care
• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate patient documentation and support clinic operations

📋 Requirements

• Master's-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national board certification
• Active Ohio NP license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Ability to practice independently and collaborate with a clinical care team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed
