Working alongside a collaborative clinical team, you'll have the support and autonomy needed to deliver high-quality care while helping patients achieve their long-term health goals. • Value-based care model with care coordination, analytics, and robust administrative support

  • Streamlined EMR workflows to reduce documentation burden

  • Modern clinic with emphasis on preventive care, wellness, and patient education

  • Leadership committed to APP growth, mentorship, and recognition

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, and PTO

  • Supportive infrastructure enabling focus on patients rather than paperwork

  • Predictable schedule promoting work-life balance

Candidate Requirements

  • Licensed APRN in Florida and graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • 1-3 years of primary senior care experience preferred

  • Confident managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, CHF, and hypertension
