Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner/Medical APN
Location: Hammonton, NJ 08037
Duration: 10 months
Shift: 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Medical care of patients which includes, Physical assessment and tx prescription for.
• Admissions, Medical care of patients which includes, Physical assessment, health , TX planning, and member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Desired skills:
• Experience in Adult Health
Required Documents:
• Active NJ Nurse Practitioner/APN License
• NJ CDS license
• USA DEA Registration
• ANCC Certificate
• CPR/BLS
