An established healthcare organization in near Tulsa, OK is seeking an APP Hospitalist to join its growing inpatient team. Collaborate with an experienced physician and APP group while enjoying a highly flexible schedule and excellent work-life balance in a supportive hospital setting.
This opportunity offers a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule, shorter 8-hour shifts, and the flexibility to customize shift coverage based on provider preferences. Additional earning opportunities are available through extra shifts in the Tulsa area.
Position Details:
• Practice in an approximately 66-bed hospital alongside an established hospitalist team.
• Join a collaborative group consisting of 15 physicians and 7 APPs.
• Enjoy a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule with approximately 14 shifts per month.
• Work shorter 8-hour shifts with scheduling flexibility to accommodate provider preferences.
• Competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus wRVU production bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Current providers are making $170,000 per year.
Located just 40 minutes south of Tulsa, this charming community offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere with convenient access to big-city amenities.
