We are seeking Primary Care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to provide comprehensive care across designated geographic areas and facility groups in Western Washington.
Providers will be assigned to specific geographic areas/facility groups, rather than being required to travel extensively between multiple locations.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and evaluations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests.
Provide preventive care and patient education.
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
Current Washington NP license or eligibility.
National board certification.
Current DEA registration.
BLS certification.
Primary care experience preferred.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
Working Hours
