Advance Practice Provider - Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Job Responsibilities
• Collegial practice with solid APP support
• W2, employed position with Foundation Medical Partners
• Not-for-Profit, 501(c) Organization
• 24 Patient Hours/3 admin hours per week
• Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital
• Hybrid Work Schedule
• Convenient Southern NH/MA Border Location, minutes to the mountains or ocean

Qualifications
• 2+ years of Family Medicine experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
