Position highlights:

- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Strong Competitive Annual Salary starting at minimum $150K+ Base Up / DOE

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The role also includes preventive care, patient education, counseling, follow-up, and collaboration with specialists, community resources, and the broader clinic team. The practice is committed to providing culturally responsive, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
2+ years of FNP experience
Rural health experience is a plus, but not required
Collaborative approach and willingness to work cohesively with the clinic team
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not mandatory
