NP/PA position available due to tremendous growth across seven Indiana counties. This seven county Certified Community Center is passionate about rural community-based primary care and behavioral health.
Opportunity:
• Practice in-person- option of several N. Indiana communities
• 4-day/ 32 hour per week position
• Team atmosphere with collaboration, compassion and competency.
• Pts.of all ages
Compensation/Benefits:
•Competitive guaranteed base salary, full benefits, 5 days CME plus annual allowance and generous PTO
Community:
• Indiana has a lower cost of living, great schools, less traffic, and Midwest hospitality
• Several N. Indiana locations across seven counties - all have easy access to Indianapolis
