We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative outpatient setting serving both pediatric and adult populations. Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric and adult patients
Perform assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Complete chart closures within 72 hours
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Promote preventive care and patient education initiatives
Qualifications
Monday-Friday schedule
No weekends required
18 patients per day expectation (minimum)
Mix of pediatric and adult patients
Collaborative care environment

Skills
Active California NP license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient or primary care setting
Furnishing License with Schedule II authority
Active DEA registration prior to start date
Willingness to obtain or maintain Medi-Cal ORP enrollment (Ordering, Referring, and Prescribing)
