The facility features a well-established, Healogics-managed outpatient wound and hyperbaric center equipped with two on-site hyperbaric chambers, offering a structured and supportive environment for advanced wound care practice.Opportunity:
APRN - Wound Care Nurse PractitionerJob Details:
- Perform independent clinical assessments of acute and chronic wounds
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Perform hands-on procedures and advanced wound care interventions
- Manage systemic conditions contributing to chronic wounds
- Provide patient and family education to promote healing and prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with experienced nursing staff and physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Provide inpatient wound consultations as needed
- Work within a Healogics-managed outpatient wound and hyperbaric center featuring two on-site hyperbaric chambers
- Monday through Friday clinical schedule with no weekend or call coverage requirements
- EMR system: IHeal
- Comprehensive wound care training provided
- Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing required
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills required
- CWOCN certification preferred, but not required
