Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide onsite primary care services for adult and geriatric patients in community-based settings. Enjoy a flexible weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests and studies
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with regulations
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Perform advanced clinical procedures and emergency interventions when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards
Qualifications
Current DEA registration
Active Medicare & Medicaid provider enrollment
Must meet New York's 3,600-hour independent practice requirement
Primary care experience
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
Working Hours
