Job Title: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care & Preventive Health (Flexible / Telehealth Options)
Location: Fairfield County, CT
About the Role
A leading women’s health practice in Fairfield County is seeking a warm, high-energy Nurse Practitioner to join this amazing team! They offer an exceptionally supportive, happy practice culture with very flexible scheduling, including opportunities for telehealth and work-from-home care.
This position is starting as part-time, with the potential to expand into full-time as our patient base grows.
Clinical Focus
You will primarily manage basic primary care and preventive health conditions within our adult/women's population, including:
- Preventive health screenings and wellness care
- Bone health (osteopenia & osteoporosis management)
- Weight management programs
- Mild chronic disease management (hypercholesterolemia, mild thyroid disorders, mild hypertension)
