They are expanding their clinical team and seeking experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality virtual care while helping shape the future of women's health.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide virtual patient care in a fully remote environment.
The ideal clinician has experience treating patients with menopause and perimenopause. Candidates without this specialty experience may still be considered if they possess strong telehealth experience, active multi-state licensure, and are comfortable practicing in a virtual-first model.
Preferred Qualifications
- MD/DO or Nurse Practitioner with an active unrestricted U.S. license
- Experience managing menopause and perimenopause patients strongly preferred
- Multi-state licensure preferred
- Previous telehealth experience preferred
- Experience conducting both:
- Synchronous visits (video appointments)
- Asynchronous care (messaging, questionnaires, patient follow-up)
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Comfortable practicing independently within established clinical protocols
- Passion for preventive medicine and women's health
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual patient care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Manage patients through both synchronous and asynchronous telehealth platforms
- Document encounters accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team

Estimated Market Compensation
Nurse Practitioners
- Approximately $140,000–$200,000+ annually
- Equivalent market rate: $70–$100+/hour
Physicians (MD/DO)
- Approximately $250,000–$350,000+ annually
- Equivalent market rate: $125–$175+/hour
Actual compensation will depend on experience, licensure, schedule, and final client offer.
